How long does a Silhouette InstaLift procedure take?
Depending on what’s being done, the procedure can take 30 minutes to about 1 hour to complete. This allows time for anesthetic agents to be placed in the skin for comfort and additional prep time.
Am I a good candidate for the Silhouette InstaLift procedure?
These are only generalities, however you may be a good candidate between the ages of 30 to 50 or more with good skin quality. You should desire a rejuvenated, yet natural-looking appearance. You look in the mirror and lift your cheeks with your fingers, wishing they could stay that way. The ideal patient has good skin quality with mild-moderate sagging of the skin (not severe, as this requires surgery) with visible marionette lines and nasolabial folds. You may have some loss of volume in the cheeks as well. In addition, the skin thickness should be moderate rather than too thick or thin. The facial tissue should be able to be movable as well. You shouldn’t be taking blood thinners. If you fit this category, then you may be a good candidate for the procedure and should be evaluated.
